Order Cancellations

• You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after the 24-hour window.

Refunds

• We do not offer monetary refunds once the order is confirmed.
• In case of order cancellation within the allowed time or if an item is unavailable, eligible refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
